What's included in the office rent?
Furniture, enterprise internet, utilities, reception, hospitality, security, daily maintenance, and a registered business address. The price you see is the price you pay.
Can I rent by the day or by the hour?
Yes — offices are available daily, monthly, or annually, and meeting rooms are bookable by the hour.
Can I use ACACIA as my registered company address?
Yes. Every office and virtual-office package includes a business address at Sultan Center, Al Qurm — accepted for company registration in Oman.
Do you help with company formation?
Yes — our corporate services team handles company formation, license renewal, and the legal, financial, and accounting consultancy around it.
What's the difference between the White, Black, and Gray editions?
They're three interior finishes at the same service level: White is bright and calm, Black is executive and bold, Gray is balanced and versatile. Tour all three in one visit.
Is parking available?
Yes — dedicated parking for clients and visitors at Sultan Center.
How fast can I move in?
