Bookings & payments

Meeting-room bookings are confirmed once payment is received. Prices are shown in Omani Rial (OMR) and include applicable taxes where stated. Availability is not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed.

Memberships

Membership and office agreements are governed by the separate written agreement you sign with us. Where those terms differ from these website terms, the signed agreement prevails.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Liability

The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Acacia Business Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and the courts of Oman have jurisdiction over any dispute.
