Acacia Business Hub operates this website and provides workspace, meeting-room, membership and virtual-office services in Muscat, Oman. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

• Booking & membership data — details needed to reserve a room or hold a membership, including billing information.
• Payment data — processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
• Access & visitor data — access-credential and visitor check-in records used for building security.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, provide and bill our services, issue tax-compliant invoices, secure our premises, and meet legal and regulatory obligations in the Sultanate of Oman.

We share data only as needed with our payment provider, our e-invoicing / tax-reporting channel, and government authorities where the law requires. We do not sell your personal data.
